1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and fs777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://fs777.cam and all services, features and content made available through it, including sports betting, live casino, slots, table games and esports markets.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and not create or use any account.

To register and maintain an Account on fs777 you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
2. You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
3. You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Territory.
4. You have not been self-excluded from the Platform or any other gambling platform where such exclusion is still active.
5. You are not an employee, contractor or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of fs777 or its affiliated entities.
6. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
7. You are not using automated systems, bots or scripts to access or use the Platform.

fs777 does not represent that accessing the Platform is lawful in any given jurisdiction. Users from Pakistan must satisfy themselves, independently and without relying on anything in these Terms, that their use of the Platform is consistent with applicable local law, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.

4. Account Registration

Each user may hold only one registered Account at any time. The creation of duplicate, secondary or shared accounts is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be duplicates are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of associated balances and bonuses.

You must provide accurate, current and complete information at the time of registration, including your legal name, date of birth, email address and any other information requested. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information at all times and must update it promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password or any authentication codes with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support via live chat or at [email protected] immediately.

The Platform may at any time request that you complete KYC verification by submitting documentation including a valid government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport or driving licence), proof of address, and confirmation of payment methods used. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by the Platform may result in Account suspension or closure.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits are accepted in PKR through payment methods listed in the live cashier at the time of your transaction. The Platform may reference familiar Pakistani payment rails such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah for user context only. None of these payment providers endorses or officially supports gambling activity. Availability of any method depends on the operator, the relevant provider's policies and applicable law.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set by the Platform and displayed in the cashier. The Platform does not accept deposits from third parties — funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified.
• No active bonus wagering requirement remains unmet on the balance you wish to withdraw.
• The withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold specified in the cashier.
• The payment method used for withdrawal is consistent with the method used to deposit, where applicable.

Processing times vary by payment method, account verification status and any compliance review the Platform may apply. No specific processing speed is guaranteed. The Platform does not accept responsibility for delays caused by third-party financial institutions or payment providers.

The Platform displays all balances and transactions in PKR. Where the underlying transaction is processed in another currency, conversion is applied at a rate determined by the Platform or its payment processing partners. Users should be aware that exchange-rate variations may affect the effective PKR value received.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets are placed at your own risk. Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended. It is your responsibility to verify bet details — including selection, stake in PKR, and odds — before confirming placement.

Odds are displayed in decimal format by default. The Platform reserves the right to void, suspend or restrict any market at any time, including where an event outcome is in dispute, where technical errors have affected the odds, or where suspicious betting patterns are detected. Cricket markets — including PSL, ICC tournaments and bilateral series — are subject to the same rules as all other sports markets.

In the event of a technical malfunction, misprint of odds, or system error, the Platform reserves the right to void any bet or gaming round affected. The Platform's decision in such matters is final. No claim will be accepted for winnings arising from a manifest error.

The Platform may apply maximum payout limits per bet, per event or per day. These limits are displayed in the relevant game or betting interface. Winnings exceeding an applicable limit may be reduced to that limit at the Platform's discretion.

In-play betting markets are subject to rapid odds movements and may be suspended at short notice. Bets placed during a live event are accepted only where the Platform's system confirms acceptance. Network delays on the user's side do not entitle a user to cancel a bet that has been accepted by the Platform.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms which are displayed at the point of offer. In the event of conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail with respect to that promotion.

Before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn, the applicable wagering requirement must be satisfied in full. The wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20×), is specified at the time the bonus is offered. Illustrative example: a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 25× rollover requires PKR 125,000 in qualifying bets to be placed and settled before withdrawal.

While a bonus is active on your Account, you must not place any single bet exceeding the maximum stake limit specified for that bonus (commonly PKR 500–1,000 per bet; the exact limit will be stated in the bonus terms). Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus period may result in the bonus being voided.

Not all games contribute equally towards satisfying a wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games, live casino and certain other categories may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The applicable contribution table is provided with each offer.

All bonuses expire after the period stated in the promotional terms (often 7–14 days from the date of issue). Upon expiry, any unmet wagering requirement is forfeited and any remaining bonus balance is removed from the Account.

The Platform reserves the right to void bonuses and/or associated winnings if it determines that a bonus has been claimed or used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms or the specific promotional terms, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus conditions, or the provision of false information.

8. Responsible Gambling

fs777 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The Platform provides the following tools, all accessible directly from your Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on deposits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive notifications or automatic session termination when a specified duration is reached.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Exclusions take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications showing time elapsed during a session.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and/or legal action:

1. Creating, operating or using more than one Account.
2. Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC.
3. Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to place bets or access the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
4. Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion or fraud in connection with any bet or game.
5. Exploiting software errors, vulnerabilities or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
6. Engaging in money laundering or any transaction that is, or may be, in breach of applicable anti-money-laundering legislation.
7. Using a payment method that does not belong to you or that you are not authorised to use.
8. Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory while misrepresenting your location through a VPN, proxy or other means.
9. Harassing, threatening or abusing any member of Platform staff or other users.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, software and underlying source code, is the property of fs777 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit in any commercial manner any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of fs777.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fs777 and its directors, officers, employees and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. fs777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for implementing appropriate safeguards on your own devices.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by the Platform's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Privacy & Data

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

fs777 uses SSL/TLS encryption to protect data in transit. Personal data is not sold to third parties. Data may be shared with third-party service providers strictly to the extent necessary to deliver the Platform's services, subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.

13. Termination

fs777 may suspend, restrict or close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, where required by applicable law or regulation, or where the Platform ceases to operate in a particular market.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Upon closure of your Account, any remaining Real Money Balance (after deduction of applicable processing charges, if any) will be refunded to you via a payment method previously used on the Account, subject to KYC verification and any pending wagering requirements being resolved. Bonus balances are forfeited upon Account closure.

Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and any amounts owed by either party shall survive termination of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which fs777 is licensed to operate. This does not override any mandatory consumer-protection provisions that may apply in your country of residence. Users from Pakistan should be aware that these Terms do not affect, and do not purport to override, any applicable provisions of Pakistani law.

Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall in the first instance be referred to the Platform's customer support for informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by the Platform's licence authority.

15. Amendments

fs777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, the Platform will endeavour to provide at least 14 days' notice via email or an on-platform notification before the amendment takes effect. Non-material changes may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect. The most recent version of these Terms is always available on this page.
